Essential oils are so in demand this day. People are already well informed of the benefits that they can get in using essential oils. I myself use different oils, I sometimes combine them to achieve the benefit it can give. Lavender and peppermint are a must especially if you're suffering from insomnia. I have an allergic rhinitis and asthma, essential oil helps me to boost my immune system to avoid my asthma attack.
