Well, I guess I have to use my intuition and trusting faith to re-write about this card as, for someone reason, it disappeared from my word document. SoulCollage® cards are for personal use and SoulCollage® does not advocate infringing on the copyrighted work of others in any way, so my card cannot be shared here, but my card has two collaged images on it: a bunny resting in a nest-like setting with its back to us, and a woman also with her back to us, who is stretching out her arms and the shawl she is wearing. It’s so hard for me not to fall into a pit of despair when things go wrong, especially when I feel that I have lost time. And yet I know the best way for me to proceed, whether it is true or not, is to trust that it will be better this way. I used to stress that I couldn’t ever re-write it as good when I lost something, but now thanks to the work I have done to grow my intuition muscle and the faith that I have in my ability to create again and again, I know it doesn’t matter if it is the same at all and I will allow it to be what it is. Such freedom there, and that’s what this card is truly about to me. The freedom I have in my faith to relax, to know that God has my back, and to know that no matter what, it will be okay. It’s not about the destination, it’s about how I rest and respond on the journey, and I have to say, I’m pretty proud of myself. After it set in that some work was really gone, I could feel the disappointment and tantrum welling in me and yet I also knew I had a choice and new wisdom I could apply. So after allowing myself to “piss and moan with perspective,” as Brené would say, I got on with the work of re-writing. What do you hold onto when things get hard and you are tempted to believe in messages of despair? What gives you the courage to stay in a moment of uncertainty and trust that things will be okay? I would love to have you join us as we practice this Tuesday cultivating our Intuition and Faith as part of The WholeheARTed Course.
