I have not stopped building creativity and compassion into my life since I became trained in Brené Brown's work in 2014. Yoga is a huge part of my self-compassion practice, and I am trained in Hatha and Kundalini yoga. I have been exploring the world of SoulCollage® since 2017, and became a SoulCollage® Facilitator in 2020 because it continues to be a valuable self-compassion tool for me - as you can see by my quite large collection of SoulCollage® cards! |
