About the Retreat

During the retreat weekend Rochelle (Friendswood Family Counseling) will guide you in developing a deeper understanding about your personality Type and subtype. You can expect to learn more about your Type's blind spots and ways to make useful cognitive shifts in your thinking. You will also develop a plan for next steps in your personal journey toward essence. You can expect to participate in integration exercises individually and with the others in the group.
Using the creative modality of SoulCollage®, Lee Ann (Daring Discoveries) will help you to take what you are learning from your head to your heart. If you know how to cut and paste you can do SoulCollage®, which are small collage cards made from images. This method will help you to explore more about your personality Type, as well as reveal behaviors you instinctually employ when you're under stress. As a registered yoga teacher and Holden QiGong Certified Teacher Lee Ann will also guide Qi breaks throughout the retreat.

  • Helpful information about your interpersonal social style
  • Insightful knowledge about your conflict style
  • Constructive clues about your leadership style
  • Essential data that will help you understand your subtype
  • Valuable information about your stress and strain levels
  • An understanding of your motivation for taking action

Picture
"This retreat was life-giving.  I'm so grateful for the group who was here and all that we learned together.  We received the information to help us explore how our personalities are beautiful and how they hold us back.  Lee Ann and Rochelle have complementary strengths and helped us build a safe space."
-D.S., Enneagram Type 1
"The retreat was an amazing experience!  Intentional space for deepening relationships with yourself and the other retreat participants resulted in expansive welcome and inclusion."
-B.W., Enneagram Type 2
"This weekend was absolutely transformational.  I learned so much about myself through learning more about others' experience with the Enneagram.  And through the support to face blind spots that would be difficult to understand on my own."
-V.H., Enneagram Type 3
"Thank you so much for providing this experience. It has been life changing and I'm so grateful. I loved the group processing, self-discovery, education, and the community I became a part of."
-Jackie, Enneagram Type 5
"This was a transformative experience for me. I didn't expect the life changing personal work to occur and very grateful for it."
-Travis B., Enneagram Type 6
"The best part of my experience is the synergy and growth created when people who are hungry and open get connected with a body of work that's powerful and life-changing, inside a space of love and compassion. Rochelle and Lee Ann - y'all generated that."
-Desiree, Enneagram Type 7
"This Enneagram retreat really helped me to learn so much about myself that it felt like a breakthrough moment for me! The growth and insight is just exponential when you can do the work safely together."
-Katie B., Enneagram Type 7
"This retreat gave me the tools to 'do the work' to move towards health. The Process Enneagram really opened up my heart to new ideas. And I loved being able to move my body to process as well."
-Erin Shipley, Enneagram Type 9
"Lee Ann and Rochelle are an excellent leadership team. The retreat was informative, soul-searching, and rejuvenating. It's a wonderful mixture of knowledge mixed with body/brain breaks of QiGong, labyrinth walking, and SoulCollage. The accommodations were clean, spacious, and comfortable surrounded by the beautiful piney woods."
-Heather Choate, Enneagram Type 9

Rochelle's Enneagram Journey:

Picture

Rochelle first learned about the Enneagram in 2000 and became intrigued with it because it instantly impacted her understanding of herself and others (she is a Type 3). She read several books on the Enneagram over the next several years and finally became an accredited iEQ9 Enneagram practitioner in December of 2018.  Since that time, Rochelle has used the iEQ9 assessment in a variety of ways to help individuals develop self-awareness and create a plan toward further self understanding and growth.  She attended an inner healing retreat with Bea Chestnut in 2019 that deepened her interest in using the enneagram in her practice. In 2022, Rochelle became certified by the Chestnut Paes Enneagram Academy. She continues to study the Enneagram because she believes it is an insightful roadmap designed to help individuals intentionally move toward a higher essence of the self.

Lee Ann's Enneagram Journey:

Picture
As part of her training and development Lee Ann has taken a lot of personality tests, but discovering the Enneagram (she is a Type 5) was a game changer. It has given her so much compassion for herself and her wiring, and it is a lens she can use to understand and have more empathy with others. Applying it to her friendships and her marriage has made such a difference. In addition to reading books and articles on the Enneagram, being an avid follower of the Instagram account enneagramandcoffee, and encouraging everyone to learn about it, Lee Ann has also taken workshops on creative ways to work with your Enneagram Type.
