SoulCollage® Retreat:
Chakra Companions
September 27th-28th @ Braving Star Farms

Picture

In this highly requested retreat we will explore the 7 energy centers, or chakras, of the body.

Using meditation and movement, you will be invited to discover your wild animal companions for each of these centers, and create corresponding SoulCollage® cards.

Using your intuition, you arrange and collage images on a matte board (typically 5x8) that will speak to different dimensions and natures of your soul.

In SoulCollage® there are transpersonal cards and four suits: Committee, Council, Community, and Companion. The Companion Suit is unique in that it is made up of only 7 cards, and in this retreat you will have an opportunity to discover all 7 of your companions.

Even if you already have some of your Companion Suit, this will still be a great opportunity to revisit and work with your cards to gain new wisdom. You might even discover a new facet of your existing companion that wants a space in your deck.

"Many traditions recognize the specificity of certain areas of the body and associate it with one or more psychological functions, with a particular aspect of consciousness, a color, a classical element, and other distinguishing characteristics. Among these traditions we find the Chakra Theory adopted by Seena Frost to create the Companion Suit.

Each area (or field) builds on the previous one starting at the base of the spine and reaching the top of the head. Regardless of specific beliefs, these areas represent universal and crucial aspects of our being.

We will explore the wisdom our Companions offer in support to the well being of our Wild Self. Seena chose animals as the best energetic Companions because of their unbroken connection with their instincts and with their own unique and unquestioned nature."

I have been exploring the world of SoulCollage® since 2017, and became a SoulCollage® Facilitator in 2020. There are so many Oracle and Tarot decks on the market, but there is nothing quite like having your own personalized deck to help you remember your own wisdom, bring balance, and support you daily. And there is no art experience needed as if you can cut and glue, you can do SoulCollage®!

You can find out more about SoulCollage® by visiting https://www.soulcollage.com or reading the founder's, Seena Frost, book, SoulCollage Evolving: An Intuitive Collage Process for Self-Discovery & Community.
