Welcome!
This is a unique experience and offering I want to share with you.
It comes out of my personal daily practice of art and yoga with nature and what I have been learning from natural teachers.
I am not the only teacher in this class, my co-teacher is a magical old oak tree that has long roots of grounding and lifting the community up.

You can expect this to be a journey from beginning to end and one that I desire to be a help to you in any season of your life.
The yoga will accessible to all and is standing (or sitting if needed) and from the kundalini yoga tradition that I am mentoring in with the author of Art and Yoga. You don't need to have any art experience. I ask everyone to come with beginner's minds.
I have many exciting things planed for us, including mandalas, painting without brushes, Chinese brush painting, tea ceremony, essential oils, and more.
I am a MFT CE Provider and a total of 5 CE hours are available. Please note in advance when you register if you will be requiring CE hours.
The class size is limited due to supplies.
